Iain Ross
An Underground Mining Engineer with a broad range of operational and technical experience gained over 40 years in the industry, half of which has been in block caving. Operations he has worked on include South African Gold Mines and Diamond Mines, Australian Gold and Copper operations, and Projects in the US and Indonesia.
On all operations he has worked in production management roles and has also been responsible for Techncial Services (at both Premier Mine and St Ives Gold). He is also a Competent Person (CP - JORC Code) for Reserves.
Iain is a Member of the AusIMM and has served on various committees including Hoist and Haul Conference (2005 - Perth), Underground Operator’s Conferences (2020 - Perth, 2017 - Gold Coast, 2014 - Adelaide) and MassMin (2016).
